CLIENT:

PMUK – RESIDENTIAL BLOCK MANAGEMENT

PMUK were ready to grow their business even more. However, there were a few issues they wanted to tackle first. Initially, they needed a new IT support company, so they found and chose my partners at Cornwall IT.

Then, they decided that a new website and complete rebrand was needed. That’s where I came in. With the new site and refreshed logo, the company has been able to continue its growth and build its clientele throughout the London & Kent.

I DESIGNED THE FOLLOWING:

LOGO DESIGN – THE CONCEPT.
Rationale

The company had evolved. It was now moving away from the title “Property Manager UK’ and wanted to be more established with their abbreviated name PMUK. That was the starting point.

Colour Palette
We were all in agreeance that the colour scheme worked perfectly and we wanted to keep it!

Happy Tenants
I had set 2 main reference points that were to be highlighted in this logo.

1) Buildings
2) Happy People (Smiles etc)

A combination of both or just one would do the job! Have a look at just a few of the ideas I explored. However, the complete art board had at least 30 + designs

THE NEXT STEP.
SUBMITTED LOGO CONCEPTS

The logo was selected! This logo has it all. The blocks within the letter ‘U’ and also the smile underneath representing the happy residents. I said, “great choice, now let’s move on to the website!”

THE WEBSITE.
www.pm-uk.com

The new website needed to present common pain points for their potential clients and show very clearly that PMUK understood them and were capable of being the solution to those problems.

Check out the site and see how we achieved that on the homepage! >> See The Website
