The rapid growth in Bowen Bexley as a company and popularity far surpassed the expectation of the owner Matthew Clark.
Now, the need to really establish the Bowen Bexley practice and build a consistent brand presented itself. That’s where I came in.
The company initially had no brand at all. Bowen Bexley had mismatched typefaces, flyers, business cards and virtually no consistency. The biggest issue that the client faced was his D.I.Y website. With a company growing in reputation, it was time to step things up!
I DESIGNED THE FOLLOWING:
Social Media Content
LOGO DESIGN – THE CONCEPT
I had a strong idea from the start. Being that a large part of the clients work was dealing with pregnancy, I wanted to incorporate two B’s. The idea was to have a smaller b within the larger B. Simple concept, I know. But it just felt right. After initial research and looking around at what was already in the industry, I quickly realised there was no standard logo or symbol that had to be used.
I chose the colour blue & green as it readily associates the company with the medical world. Bowen therapy is not recognised as medical treatment. However in the mission to increase trust in this somewhat unknown but widely successful technique, I thought it was wise to subtly associate it with something of a medial nature. The Bowen technique has helped many deal with their ailments and even find solutions to their previously undiagnosed issues.
The response has been phenomenal. Bowen Bexley has not only increased it’s clientele but it’s even dubbed itself as the “therapist to the stars”.
Small Selection From Concept Artboard
The only piece of information I had for the brief was to keep the book now button and make it present at all times!
The end product was a clean, easy to use website. Hosted by my partners at Cornwall IT, we now have a fully functioning website that performs well and works on all devices!
Looks great on all devices
MARKETING MATERIALS & SOCIAL MEDIA ARTWORK
I believe in building strong working relationships. This has resulted in me being the go-to designer for the company!
